Pick Four

There hasn't been a name linked with Bolton to get excited about so far since the season ended. All the retained lists have been submitted and are public knowledge. Name 4 players who have either been released or should be relatively cheap to acquire, that would improve us.

Bakary Sako & Al Habsi are both free agents.

Jobi McAnuff of Leyton Orient is a better winger than anyone we have at the club right now. He showed his ability and appetite for the game has not waned, while representing Jamaica in the Copa America against Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina.

Al Habsi would be a corking signing if we could get him back imo. I thought we were wrong to sell him to Wigan in the first place and if he came back on a free it would give us two quality keepers for nothing. Even Phil couldn't object to spending zero in transfer fees. I suppose wages might be an issue but with Al Habsi and Amos both in the squad I'd feel a lot more confident about next season.
