Many Boltonians face going into work today dehydrated and smelling like shit after a cock up at United Utilities dried up BL1, 2, 6 and 7.

I'm in BL1 and although ours never went off completely like in some homes round here, it was a good 10 second job to fill a pint glass at times, and I've just seen that the water that's coming out now is cloudy.

Have you been affected?

Only just seen this - sorry, Doff.

If you've not been sacked already for turning up looking (and smelling) like Wurzel Gummidge, you can pop round ours for a shower if you like.

I say "shower", but obviously if you're a bit whiffy, you're not getting in the actual house but I will happily hose you down in the back garden.

And you can rent a towel (slash dog blanket) for a tenner.

Just PM me and let me know what time to expect you, mate.
