But wouldn't say he annoyed me to the point of violence.

I have to say, your perception of music isn't very good Hipster. You described The Stone Roses as "awful" and "can't stand" Jeff Buckley. These are critically lauded and acclaimed artists. I will start a Chas 'n' Dave thread if you like.

haha.

As you know music is very subjective, those two artists are not two i'd listen to in a hurry, irrespective of the critical response.

I'll be honest though i know "chas n dave" by name i couldn't tell you a single song.

I love "Snooker Loopy", a genuine classic.

Guns N Roses - Sweet Child of Mine

Aerosmith - I Don't Want to Miss a Thing

Anything of Michael Buble's.

The famous one by Liam Gallagher's hissy fit band.

The Enrique Iglesias song where his woman has changed the lock on the door and he's the last one to find out.

Don't know that one, you'll have to hum it.

Can't agree with Sweet Child of Mine, it rocks.

I agree with Aerosmith, they are just naff.

Michael Buble kind of goes without saying.

Michael Buble's "Everything" is a great song. You guys have poor taste in music.

Come on Eileen - I just hate that song so much. Horrid, horrid, horrid.

That's one of my favourite pop songs of all time.

Lyrically, it is a cleverly constructed pop song.

It brings back happy memories for me to be honest. All of them drunken. I remember visiting one of my friends at Durham University many years ago, drinking 3 bottles of wine and being lay on my back on the dance floor, riding an invisible air bicycle, to Come on Eileen.

I also took a female friend with me to a wedding about 6 years ago, and she and I jumped up and down like lunatics at the wedding bash. Then, when she got married last year, we recreated the moment. It attracted funny looks but it was our little thing.

Again, like Bohemian Rhapsody, I love it, but I can see why others might find it annoying.

Me too. I think it's the ludicrous posturing of that pretentious twat Kevin Rowland which really annoys me though.
