He's been massively let down by the money men, beaten by the likes of Barnsley to the singing of ramage, unable to afford kightly as well. The grim news is that they were only loans!

I can honestly see Dougie leaving, we've heard how furious he is with the current situation... I wouldn't blame him if he did.

He's playing with a squad he absolutely detests, lovely.

We live in hope.

But he won't leave, he'd rather suck the life out of us so he can get a big payday when he gets the push.

Phil Brown is the ideal replacement.

I agree, he's doing good stuff at Southend.

We need some passion, Dougie should give a half-time bollocking in the centre circle against Leeds.

He won't want a sacking on his CV, the way things are going and with this sqaud which he knows has no spirit I can't see results improving. It will only be a matter of time before fartslide wields the axe, under pressure from the fans

I doubt it, I think he knew he'd need to shift players out because of FFP. Once that failed maybe he was hoping for some backing that wasn't forthcoming, I'd be surprised if he walked over that.

Phil Brown brought in Jeremy Kyle to give an 'inspirational speech' to his Southend players.

I shit you not.

With the limitations he worked under at Palace I highly doubt he will walk.

Phil Brown slagged his players off at half time at Man City and we all know what happened after that.

I was impressed with Phil Brown on that Sky Sports 92 Live thing.

he managed to get one of his signings names wrong live on air.

Brown is ahead of his time. In 10 years every manager will be asking celebs to give a teamtalk.

No DF won't walk IMO. Apparently, Paddy McCarthey is waiting to come on loan to us once the loan transfer window opens. I think Dougie will do some wheeling & dealing then.

Hopefully, somebody might take Mills, Knight, Mears etc off us on loans.

I really hope he stays, I am 100% behind him. I think he will bring in McCarthy during the loan window maybe even Dawson who knows.

Unless he becomes a Dalek overnight then he'll walk somewhere tomorrow.

I know it's not a reliable thing to go off, but on football manager you can only make short-term loan signings in the loan window (i.e. max 3 months)

Freedman walks every day. We all do. It's how we get from A to B.
