Young striker is - Saido Berahino - NIXON

Bolton boss Dougie Freedman is swooping for West Brom’s England under-21 hero Saido Berahino - and giving him a chance to play every week.

Freedman is tying up a loan deal with the young Albion striker who scored in both of the recent Young Lions internationals.

Burundi-born Berahino also notched a hat-trick for the Baggies in the Capital One Cup but he is unlikely to figure in the Premier League.

Freedman wants to bring in Berahino to lift the Championship’s basement club and is juggling his staff to raise the funds.

The Wanderers boss is letting young target man Tom Eaves go out on loan to pay for the Berahino swoop.

Good signing if he comes, he's been red hot recently.

It's a good goal no doubt but we have seen with Beckford, our strikers don't get balls played to their feet enough to score goals like that IMO.

He was very good for the u21's the other day.

very lively.

doesn't mean much but interesting if he does come.

Exactly, it's midfield where the main problem lies.

I think our friend Nixon has been telling porkies, Marc Iles has said their is nothing in this story and has even spoken to bwfc themselves who have said they haven't even spoken to WBA about the lad.

Believe it or not but Berahino spent last night staying at the Reebok hotel. He has been seen in the lobby this morning by a member of staff so it looks like Dougie may be on the ball with this one.

he's walked for the 5th time this month.

If he's at the game tomorrow, Freedman will be gone just after evening meal.

and again after the Derby game, and then at the weekend again.

then he'll walk again.

I think he'll be pushed this time.
