What's the etiquette with breastfeeding?

If breastfeeding was banned in public people like Hipster and Largehat would go through life having never seen a female breast.

Oh i see, no I'm not a peeping tom. Never done anything like that.

Half the world's population have or will have boobs and half the other half are so fat they've got a fair approximation of boobs so what's the big deal? Personally I think it's only the nipples that are in any way arousing/arousable and you can't see them when a baby has his/her gums wrapped round them anyway.
Now if a woman was showing her nips in public I'd be inclined to pay attention, if only to wonder what she felt she had to prove, but vast areas of subcutaneous lard without a nipple really don't do anything for me.

Good point Wanderlust. A tit just wouldn't be a tit without the nipple.
