How do you convince the Mrs to have a lie down?

Playing ultimate team against some south american kid (could of been spanish but it was about 3am our time)

He was beating me one nil and his team was a million times better than mine and all i could hear through the tv was "poota this" and "poota that" so i plugged my headset in (the shit one you get with the ps4.)

I ended up beating him 3-1 and a few minutes to go so paused the game and got on google translate. He went ever so quiet
