I can't make my mind up for this one. If we do go down we will be playing one of them in a local derby.

If Wigan lose both their games, a win at Stoke will keep us up regardless of what QPR do. I'd much rather have that little extra 1% in our favour, and it'd be the funniest thing ever if Wigan went down after their heroics by losing at home to Wolves on the last day.

Did you see the way Wigan are able to pop the ball around, pass and move and down the wings.

I've never seen our players able to do anything with as much quality.

So really we need Wigan to win and make sure Blackburn can't pip us on the last day. Or do we? A Blackburn win would mean there are two teams who could finish below us on the last day.

jayjay, I don't care whether we finish 18th or 19th, I want the best possible chance of finishing 17th. We have to win at Stoke in all circumstances, so we might as well have Wigan still able to go down instead of us as well as QPR.

I figured out wrong when I was thinking about it before..

We have to be careful though because if Blackburn were to beat Wigan they play Chelsea three days before their Champions League final with Bayern. I can see Chelsea putting out a weaker team for their final match of the season.

If Blackburn get a winner tonight, QPR lose at City by a 4 goal margin, we fail to win at Stoke and Blackburn win at Chelsea (Chelsea could put a shit side out), they will stay up!
