You should be the one apologising.

Do you remember the epic pie thread on 606?
That was about ten years ago.

Don't want to sound like a twat now, but it's a tad disappointing that none of the contributors that I aimed this thread at have seen fit to respond.
Fair does - it's your choice and I'm not seeking validation but it's a shame that you obviously aren't as inclined to bury the hatchet as I am.
Shame.

In my very humble view of things, I think people are looking for things that are not there.
In real life if you have a disagreement, at least you KNOW the person exists, and you can see in their eyes if they meant to hurt you and when they say sorry, whether they mean it or not.
On the internet can you say the same?
Who have you crossed swords with - a real person or a fake one?
Did the real person upset you because they didn't like you or was it something they did just for the hell of it?
The more clearly you want something - such as an apology - the more likely the fake account, or the real person who is simply yanking your chain - the more likely that they will simply keep you waiting for one.
I tend to think there is a different etiquette on internet forums as you haven't a clue who you are conversing with. You have no visual aids like body language, or verbal ones like inclinations in speach to gauge reactions on - let alone knowing you are dealing with a genuine person and not some made up entity from the key board of someone who shall we say for niceness sake, has an active immagination.
The way I play things on the internet is extremely one dimentional in that I don't play 'internet' games - I play a straight bat to everything, if I seem to have upset somebody - real or immaginary - genuinely hurt them or not (but they say I have) - then I apologise and leave it at that.
I've never been bothered as to what other people post about me on the forums - I truly don't give a fuck what they think - as I know I've always been fair and reasonable in whatever I've done on the forums over the years and I've never been abusive to anyone at anytime.
I'm not saying my way is right for everyone - but it works well for me.

The three posters concerned did not try to get anyone banned, you did and after your hissy fit then your long sulk you saw you were not getting anywhere and the posters concerned were back, so now you play at being the big generous guy forgive and forget and make yourself look good, You are manipulating again and they are going for it no surprise there. I told scott after your truce post that it would not be long before you would slag us off for ignoring it, if it was genuine you would have just appologised and said nothing more about it but its just another one of your ploys. Scott said you would post by midnight and he was only three minutes out, bang on scott!! As for me of course i'm AD and scott and i like being on here, scott is fortunate he,s kept his name but thanks to you i had to rejoin as myself that's my photo that's my real name i was prepared to do that, let's see you do that breadman put your real name and photo on here then we can see what we are dealing with. You started all the aggro with us not long after you joined the only hatchet burying was done by you in our backs. I dont want anything to do with you, i will after this ignore you completely and i cant speak for scott but i doubt he will either.I have not forgotten your messege bragging about getting rid of posters like scott and myself on other forums and then crowing about it when you did. I'm not interested in your games Breadman so leave it out.Breadman wrote:Don't want to sound like a twat now, but it's a tad disappointing that none of the contributors that I aimed this thread at have seen fit to respond.

It would be good if all of you "shook hands" and got over it and on with it and then leave it be as like myself and I also feel I could talk about the other 100% on here are bored of this now and the site is finally happy now post bust-up and would rather it didn't go back to how it was a few weeks back being depressing.
AD you may get your account back if all the backroom staff agree it is the right thing to do but we don't want to change anything just yet, you have been given the opportunity to be allowed back on the forum so the door isn't closed as they say.
This isn't a pop at the three of you but the whole thing needs to be forgotten about now.
The picture of AD is real by the way Breadders although not sure about the name.

So's mine.
I really am that handsome.
And my bird's well fit.
Here we are together just to prove that I'm not making it up:
