A Brooklyn court heard today how an Islamic terrorist planned attacks in the Uk( Arndale Centre) abid Nazir also planned attacks in Copenhagen and the USA.

I've spent two days reading this comment and still don't understand it.

It would probably have made sense if abid nazir was described as a "powerseller" and not a "powerbuyer".
