Spock's Dead

Yul Bryner was another Hollywood actor who dies prematurely because of heavy smoking. A ex work colleague of mine died on New Years day. Never smoked a cigarette in his life and only had a pint when he was out socially. About to go out on New Years eve when he suddenly had a terrible headache. Rushed to hospital in Stockport that night but died in the early hours of a massive brain haemorrhage. No previous history of headaches and just 56 years old. How does that work?
Mind you my Grandad smoked 60 Capstan full strength every day since he was 16 years old and it never did him any harm.
