Out of contract

Here's the list of players who's contracts expire this summer. Some important players on there, who should we look to keep?

Of the players we own I'd offer Vela a new long term contract, Eidur a one year deal, and Pratley a two year deal on vastly reduced terms.

The rest can go.

most of the list are loan players so not really our players, but i would re-sign Pratley (can't believe i actually typed that!), Vela and Mills. Not sure about Eidur maybe a one year deal?

Tierney can go for obvious reasons, as for the loan players if we could sign Amos, Le Fondre, Bannan , McCarthy and Janko (big asks i know) i would be happy

I read that Tierney's been told his careers over but hasn't been announced yet for whatever reason. Real shame for him if that's true.

On top of Nats' suggestions I'd offer Mills a deal on reduced terms, doubt he'd take it and I can see him linking up with the Dougster at Forest, I'd also offer Bogdan one but again doubt he'd accept.

For the loans, try for Bannan, Janko, Le Fondre, McCarthy (good Mills replacement) and Amos, think most of those would be difficult to get though.

Vela, pratley and mills will definitely re sign. Bogdan looking highly unlikely now

Difficult to say if Lennon has a bunch of players lined up ready to bring in or not - which will determine whether or not we have replacements.

of those on the list, Iliev is a disappointment as I thought he would have made an impact by now.
Andrews remains on the books? FFS.
Slavchev and Rochinha we've yet to see and McCarthy played well in his one appearance so any of those three might be worth keeping..
There's also a case for keeping Mills and trying to sign ALF, Janko, Amos and Bannan but who knows what Lennon is thinking or what wriggle room he has?

I don't see Heskey on the list.  He would be one gone for me along with McNaughton & Tierney.  The rest I would keep depending on length of contract & salary etc.

For me we need is a new right & left back for next season. Good attacking types who can support the attack...good crossing skills and able to get back into position of course. Not to say there are any out there mind you. We have dicked around with fullbacks now for two years with people filling in or playing out of position......let's get that sorted.

Rochinha has massive potential and I suspect Lennon would like him to stay but there's a £2million price tag on the lad and Lennon can't afford to gamble with his limited cash. Good news is Walker looked the most comfortable player on the park tonight and he ain't going anywhere.

I wonder if Baptiste will be recalled for a proper look at?
One of my Rovers aquaintances says he has done well this year for them.

Fair play to him, he has improved a lot, but I honestly don't think he has the quality for BWFC, I still think he is a below average championship midfielder, an opinion!!!!!
