Your dad will be proud with no meat topping on it! Very Happy

Gonna have a new start after tomorrow.

Not going veggie but a lot less meat. Less coffee and less fizzy pop and choc.

No point doing it tomorrow though. I'm expecting a full english for brekky and home made burgers for tea. Plus amongst the various bits i will get i know full well there will either be a Toblerone or a chocolate orange Smile
In other words you are going to only eat and drink stuff that is boring and tasteless from now on. That's not a fresh start johnny, it's just depressing. Don't let Boncey take you down vegetarian street he doesn't know what he's on about. He doesn't even like toblerones. He's clearly not human.  Evil or Very Mad

Im not going to go all boring. Just try to moderate a little better. Sounds cliché i suppose but I'm doing it for my lad. Plus i wouldn't mind start playing footy again. I'll be old enough for the vets league soon

To be serious for a minute, the best life choice I ever made was to go veggie. Most of the blokes I work with are in their early 40's and struggle to keep up.
Your diet catches up with you as you get older,so make the move now johnny. If you're not going veggie,at least cut down,it'll do your colon the world of good.
Very Happy

A little bit of meat is ok for you, you just need to make changes like having the cauliflower without the cheese and all that jazz!

Johnny I am surprised that you are not hyperactive etc with the amount of sugary shit your body intakes.

That could do with being reduced! Very Happy

He's certainly hyperactive on here. At this very moment he's probably thinking up another top 5 thread.
What about top 5 spectacle wearers? Very Happy

Yeah like i said I'm not going just on lettuce and water. Just going to try and be a bit more thoughtful as to what i fuel my body with.

Gonna try and cut the caffeine first and see if that helps.

All good in the hood.
