And imagine he's your Dad or somebody else non-threatening like one of your mates.

And remember, they're not there to see you fail and make a fool of yourself - they're genuinely interested in hearing what you've got to say and nobody's judging you.

In my experience, that hour will pass in what feels like about ten minutes and you'll be fine.

Pre-season performances don't really suggest we can beat anyone in the Championship, let alone one of the supposed contenders. We'll need a huge improvement just to stay up I reckon. Still there's always hope.
