Good to hear you are ok. It is such a young age to suffer a heart attack. At least you were lucky enough to get a warning and will ow change your lifestyle. I smoked for over 10 years and found patches worked for me. That along with going to the gym to ensure I didn't replace the cravings for nicotine with food as so many people do. All the best with your recovery.

If you get an ecig make sure to try a few out first. I know a number of people that tried hem and it didn't do them any good. You need to find the right one because a lot of them are shite. Definitely worth a go though.

There are a lot more positives from quitting smoking.

Nice clean finger nails that look much better and smell like roses, plus stopping the wrinkles you will get around your mouth and also stopping your teeth from yellowing too!

And I've just worked out that I've saved over eight grand since I made the switch to e-cigs, so there's an added bonus for you.

You could have spent that on a decent fence.
