Tinned Toms - You know it makes sense!
Took the Mrs and my mum to Nandos tonight. The first time I've ever been and I really enjoyed it. Only downside is that it was littered with chavs but on the whole I'd definitely go again. The chicken was pretty much perfect.

Did you have to pay gratuity on the bill? I heard a lot of people banging on about it when Nandos started to get popular here and they were moaning about it due to it being pretty much self service.Bwfc1958 wrote:Took the Mrs and my mum to Nandos tonight. Is this the case?
I have never been before.

No, we didn't have to pay gratuity on the bill. I suppose that's the good thing about paying at the till when you order. You Don't feel under pressure to tip. The food arrived at the table within 2 minutes of the order going in, so definitely can't complain about the service. It was really busy as well so I was pleasantly surprised.karlypants wrote:Did you have to pay gratuity on the bill? friends coming round for a curry night, I'm not cooking this time (tho I did do a Thai feast last week) I have sent them all this link to choose what their tummy desires, I've made some samosas and bhajis to nibble while we wait for main course delivery. We eat early so they can drive home (90 mins) to get back in time to put kids to bed...if I am really unlucky that will give me chance to watch Football League programme on ch5+1

Kentucky tonight.
Choc full of calories, badness and stuff that's generally not very good for you but we haven't had one for about a year and it's nearly Christmas, so what the hell!

Nowt wrong with that. You'll probably put on a ton of weight over Christmas anyway so you may as well get a head start.Breadman wrote:Kentucky tonight.
