The scene where Hartnett went home and was standing in the doorway watching his girlfriend having at it with this other dude was really funny... "Don't stop on my account", he said.
Film and TV review.

Probably talking to myself but Shakespeare's King John II is currently on iplayer.
It's superb.
Act II, Scene 1
This royal throne of kings, this scepter'd isle,
This earth of majesty, this seat of Mars,
This other Eden, demi-paradise,
This fortress built by Nature for herself
Against infection and the hand of war,
This happy breed of men, this little world,
This precious stone set in the silver sea,
Which serves it in the office of a wall,
Or as a moat defensive to a house,
Against the envy of less happier lands;
This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England

Has anyone on here ever watched ''live at the electric'' on bbc3, I sadly saw the last 10mins last night when I was waiting for family guy to come on.
It's supposed to be sketches from hilarious comedians........I don't think so, the guy who hosts it, russell kane is about as funny as acid being put on your face. Bring back only fools and horses if this is the kind of crap they call comedy.

I really miss One foot in the grave. Richard Wilson was brilliant.

I thought it was good, but went off the boil towards the end. They made too many of them IMO. Same with Last of the Summer Wine.

I have just seen a preview of Drive, which is out in December. It is loosely based on the Lee Child novel, One Shot. Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher driving around in a red Mustang. Total bollox.

New series of The Hotel Inspector at 9pm on Channel 5 tonight. There is something about Alex Polizzi that I find very appealing.

Alex Polizzi at a nudist Spa and Hotel tonight. Naked in the hot tub. I thought she handled it very well, all things considered.

That hotel owner did seem very creepy around Alex, especially when he got into the hot tub with her....

Have just got round to watching this having Sky+'ed it last weekend.
It's an average film IMO. The dialogue is contrived, the performances scream out at you "I am acting".
I'm referring to the repeated use of lines like "'The Rabbi'? Why do they call him 'The Rabbi'?" "Because he's a Rabbi."
The only character who I invested in was Robert Forster in his brief expository cameo towards the end.
The production design is fantastic, but it's one of those films where you know there is a big twist coming, so it's not so much of a twist when it comes as an explanation for hitherto disparate events.
It felt like the actors were all sharing an inside joke and I was only let in on it towards the end of the film. I was pretty disappointed overall, what a waste of Morgan Freeman, Ben Kingsley, Bruce Willis, Lucy Liu and Forster. A bit like casting Robert De Niro as a Bond villain. He'll do the job, but it's overkill.

It's from the creators of Family Guy. Don't think it is out in England yet.
