Preview: Rotherham United v Bolton
SETTING THE SCENEBolton Wanderers travel to Rotherham United on Boxing Day in their last away match of 2015.
Still awaiting their first win on their travels so far this season, the Whites will be looking to build on their back-to-back draws with Charlton Athletic and Fulham.
However, hosts Rotherham will also be keen to maintain their recent form having won two of their last three home matches, including last weekend’s impressive victory over promotion candidates Hull City.
TEAM NEWSHaving missed last weekend’s draw with Fulham with a knee injury, Josh Vela will be assessed and could return against Rotherham.

Elsewhere, Max Clayton (hamstring) remains a long-term absentee.

ONE TO WATCHOn the scoresheet in both of Rotherham’s last two home matches, Joe Newell has been in impressive form for the Millers in recent weeks.

Also the match-winner for Rotherham in their away win over local-rivals Leeds United last month, Newell has made 20 appearances for the club so far this season.
