I bought some Kangaroo steaks from Lidl yesterday that I'm excited to try.
Let's hope they don't jump around in the pan!

Chicken drumsticks marinated in garlic, root coriander, black pepper, honey, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornflour with some boiled new potatoes and salad this evening.
