Devil Takes the hindmost - Worst Manager - THE FINAL

After an extremely tight last round we've finally found our two finalist who polled 10 votes apiece just a single vote more than Dougie Freedman's 9.

Step forward Sammy Lee and Owen Coyle to contest the worst manager we've had since Allardyce left.

So who in your opinion is the worst of the worst?

Coyle had a lot of big calls to make. The loss of our two best players to horrendous injuries, the loss of Muamba in horrifying circumstances, irreplaceable club legends (Davies, Jaaskelainen, Gardner) just coming to the end of their useful lives with us.

Did he deal with it? No, he made a mess of it.

Would Lee have dealt with it any better? I find it hard to imagine based on the shambles he managed to make of the team in such a short space of time.

You can guarantee that this thing is rigged for Coyle to win

Coyle had a good season with us.

Freedman will still be the worst for me.

Even though Coyle probably is the worst manager, it shouldn't be forgotten that he got us to an FA Cup semi-final and for a two or three month period when Holden was on fire we played some of the best football I've ever seen from a team in white.

Got to go with Lee who just manages to edge Coyle for being totally useless (and until Holden got injured Coyle may have been able to achieve something).

Not that I can forgive Coyle for managing to get us relegated.

How else is he going to let sluffy know?

Lee was bad, but I think it was because he tried to change too much too soon. however Coyle was a complete wanker. I still remember depressing Sundays after we've lost, yet again. When the pressure was on for him to do something, anything, he didn't have a clue, but made it worse by spouting rubbish.
