Jimmy Phillips' kids...

Sir Bob Geldhof is reknowned for giving his kids daft names, but it was recently brought to my attention that he is rivalled in the cruel parent stakes by our very own Jimmy Phillips. As you know, I was a big fan of Jimmy and the dream team's managerial tenure of the club and having read the names he gave to his kids. I am confident he would do a bold and adventurous job were he to be given the opportunity to lead us again.


In 1990, Jimmy married Lady Annabela Marigold Craven-Coward and together they produced:

William James Barefoot (aka Willy Jim) Phillips

Thea Maria Twinkletoes Phillips

Nathaniel Credowen Phillips

and

Saskia Tiffany Tinkabell Phillips

Top job Jimmy.

I have some serious reservations regarding the accuracy of the information contained within Jimmy's Wiki page.

Not least the fact that his managerial stats are listed as follows:

Games managed: 4

Won: 1

Drew: 1

Lost: 1

So as well as giving his offspring dodgy names, he also appears to be able to rewrite the laws of both Physics and Mathematics.

Why didn't the club give him the big job years ago?

We could be Champions of The Solar System by now if only Gartside had shown more foresight.....
