According to the BBC reporter at the Chelsea vs Spurs game this evening:

Were we aware of this at the time?
I always thought he would make an excellent midfielder....athletic, two-footed, good tackler, an eye for a goal, powerful, especially in the air. I didn't realise he was more interested in playing up front, though.
If Meggo had listened, would our future have been different?
