Way back then there were one or two people who doubted that Natasha was a woman.

It's hard to imagine now just how many people did!

I'm not just talking about fake made up accounts or real accounts that did not give nothing much away - these where real, genuine accounts containing the persons real names.

There wasn't just two or three who did post their account details either - there most have been well over thirty if not more!

I don't think anybody ever got their photo though!

A similar story was the time when a poster called 'Stinky' who was not known as wum or anything (and therefore to some had a certain internet credibility) asked Natasha out on a date!

Again the number of people who actually thought the date might happen and wanted to know from Stinky what Natasha actually looked like was incredible!

It's amazing how so many people fell for it for so long.

In fact her credibility lasted for ages until someone actually matched her avatar picture up with that of a beautiful woman from an American escort agency called Southern belles (I still remember the name of the site - how sad am I!).

What a scandal that was - so funny too!

It wasn't even a Bolton fan that busted her but some fan from another team (on BBC606) where she went winding them up to.

We really did have so many laughs back then mostly due to Natasha's cleverness and wit.

I guess you had to 'get' the joke to find it funny - even to this date many years later many can't stand Natasha and don't find her funny in the least - but she's brightened up many a dull day for me over the years.

I might have had my ups and downs with her on the forums during that time but she still remains my favourite poster ever!

I thought I was the only one daft enough to remember stuff like that - I guess there's probably quite a few of us out there who remember what a laugh it was at the time.

I still to this day can't understand how so many folk truly believe what complete strangers say on the internet and how so many people take all this shite so seriously that they carry on internet vendettas!

I had a good laugh when I read the following from a character who has not even visited Nuts for over THREE AND A HALF YEARS when he posted this on BA about a week ago -
