Anyone else going or have already been? Can't wait for this Very Happy

Not normally a fan of stadium or arena gigs but i'll make an exception for the Roses. I've got my Roses t-shirt on standby but can't find my bucket hat.

My 2 lads are going tomorrow with apparently courteeners and coral supporting should be awesome, cash tight at the minute so sitting this one out. But enjoy it and post a report the etihad is a good venue saw oasis there 2005 and the place was bouncing

Great music is timeless, they've never been technically the greatest of at least brownie isn't the greatest live vocalist but it will be an incredible atmosphere.
Many a good tune played on an old fiddle or at least that's what anyone who's seen you behind bb says

i knew when i posted this there would be at least one negative poster and my money was on you or Hipster.

They are in the 50's but still fucking awesome, end of story.

The gig was amazing, i don't normally like big gigs but the atmosphere was electric and the Roses put on a fantastic show

tell your lads the bars are a mess, you can only buy 2 drinks per person and the queues are very long but other than that i was impressed with the Etihad. I thought getting a tram back into Manchester would be a nightmare but they were well organised

A lot of people I know have been to the Stone Roses gigs and I've not heard a bad word about it. From the videos I've seen it looked brilliant. As WGO said, great music is timeless.

Yes I'm gutted for my lads but they're young they can handle a bit of a shower, they're looking forward to the courteeners too. Both can take or leave public enemy
