Now that silly season is well and truly open I thought it might be fun to open a non Bolton transfer thread. Some of the names and fee's being bandied around are eye watering at the moment and once the Euros are over the cogs will really start turning.
It can be anything from interesting reports in the press to my brothers an estate agent and showed ?????? round a house in Cheshire.
All rumours will be on a time line so you could be the one to spot it first and build your kudos up, in your case boggers you could finally put the 88 points post to bed.

I love Boggers wildly optimistic predictions and I'm sure that after years of getting nowhere near reality, he doesn't give a monkeys about being so wrong so often.

The 88 points was notable but there have been - and I suspect will be in the future - many many more like this classic from the recent England v Iceland game:

Fair point and I'd rather talk to Bolton supporters who support the club and remain positive than the doom and gloom merchants who forecast negativity all the time.
I'm predicting that we will go up this year and Madine will score 15+. It's a serious prediction and will be shot down by many but time is the only thing that will tell. (whether Madine scores them for us or Sheffield Utd remains to be seen).

Fair point but rest assured I don't think you are psychic.

Although if Kevin Nolan and Matt Taylor do start for us this season I'll have to reevaluate that view.

Boggers is an optimist. (Much like myself). I also predicted England would win 4-0. Most of the footballing world thought we would comfortably win. The result was a shock result.
