She simultaneously calls for Judges to be "subject to some kind of democratic control" but also says it is important to maintain "judicial independence". She then goes on to say: "I think it's amusing that the very same people who say it's all about parliamentary sovereignty have, for the last 48 years, been trying to undermine parliamentary sovereignty". Which is the exact opposite of what the High Court decision has done - it has confirmed parliamentary soverignty.
