You gotta love Chris though, comedy legend.

I'm so glad you feel that way. He's your new companion on the narrowboat to Turf Moor. He's bought his own sailor's hat and watched both Jaws and Titanic in preparation.

I'm relieved in a way, your toilet habits were a cause for concern.

We park up just off Chorley New Road, I sometimes walk it to Greggs before the ground for some dinner, and arrive in my seat usually 5-15 minutes before kick-off.

LH, just for clarification - the timetable for the 12 says 45 minutes, and thats without looking at your link! In fact it takes, on average, approximately 1 hour 10 minutes from the start in Breightmet (Long Lane) to the stadium - with most of the problem being the stretch of road(s) from Wingates (just before the traffic light at the junction of Church Street and Manchester Road - A6) to the motorway roundabout just before the ground - also doesn't help that it has to go through the heart of Bolton town centre, Ladybridge and through the heart of Westhoughton. I only know this as I used to catch it to every home game before I moved, and still catch it now when I am visiting home.

And just as a side note, your fascination as to what I may or may not ahev said is just as interesting as your "I am right" attitude - but both extremes make great reading!

We go straight to the bar in the WSL, order 2 pints of that disgusting lager, buy 2 lager tokens for half time, order a packet of crisps, or quavers, buy 2 meat & potato pies, or 1 meat and potato pie and sometimes a chicken balti pie. I then give the illegal immigrant, working behind the counter a £20 note and then see how much money I have made.

Get thesen in Harvesters before the game. The beer is much better and the staff speak proper engrish.

Normally I turn up with two of my mates 5 minutes in to the game half drunk. This really upsets the other chaps at the start of our row as they have to stand up to let us get to our seats.

Last seasons during the game routine went along the lines of, conceed, watch a spineless display, conceed again then go home in a grump and upset the wife. Job done.
