Long absence

I should be fine (fingers crossed) now that the hearings are all done. In truth those who brought them in the first place are the ones I feel sorry for. There was no need for it and certainly no need for the acrimony and bitterness that came along with them. It turned out to be much like a messy divorce, no one really "won" except perhaps for the lawyers. Anyway, I've left the door open for them to talk to me if they want but I suspect it will be a long time before this gets forgiven by some of the family on both sides. In the meantime I'm just going to try and put it behind me now and look forward to the future, not least the upcoming hols.

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of both your loved ones mate.

Welcome back Peter, and my condolences to you and yours. A lot of bad happenings for you, but you're back in the fold now, and we'll be moaning about how much you talk, in no time whatsoever 
I know some of the problems you've had to endure, I was the executor for two wills, and was absolutely stunned by some of the family's behavior, and greed, that went on. But fear not ! We're here to help. listen. support, (and abuse  ), as deemed necessary.
