West Ham play Burke and Cullen in their cup game today - which I think means that if they go out on loan again they can't play for another club this season but us.

Article 5.3 of Fifa's regulations on the status and transfer of players states: “Players may be registered with a maximum of three clubs during one season. During this period, the player is only eligible to play official matches for two clubs.”

i was just going to ask why Burke and Cullen were playing for West Ham now.I hope they can come back us for the rest of the season.

Together with Rice, they were West Ham's best players today. If that's all Moyes has in reserve I'll be surprised if he lets them go back out on loan because West Ham were bloody awful. Lazy gits.

Cullen was one of the few West Ham players who came out of the game with any credit but he was overshadowed by Shrewsbury's Ben Godfrey who is exactly the sort of player we lack. Played a blinder.

Had a look on youtube to check out Raphael Diarra's "highlights" but could only find this selection of Diarra getting his ass handed to him in the Belgian 2nd division. Weird.
