If it really is £6 million down for Madine we would be silly not to take it - he could easily go back to playing like a stump and be back on the beer in no time - and if we did say he wasn't going because CYL and the dutch lad are no longer coming to us - then what will his commitment be to the team for the rest of the season?

So how about trying to get someone like Jutkiewicz from Birmingham - where he is having a terrible time.

Play with three across the back with Jutkiewicz and Alf up front.

I think it could work for us and all we need to do is finish with more points than three other teams.

Whether we could get Jutz from a relegation rival is another question I know but from the clip I put up of the dutch lad, I think I could have done a better job than what he showed, even at my age now!

Apparantly a pacy and athletic forward, although if Forest are getting shut he's probably not a Div 2 standard one.

Also our last game of the season is v Forest and if it's a crucial match for us he'll be unavailable.This brings back memories of Craig Dawson who we signed until the last but one match of the season and screwed up promotion in the final game without him!
