This quote, part of a reply to me from Sluffy, got me to thinking.
"As for Bread he can come back on Nuts anytime he wants providing he drops his agendas.  I know you've passed on the message and he's declined but the offer still stands."
If we could tempt Breadman back, possibly with the aid of a cattle prod,we could monitor him on a daily basis, and reintroduce him, slowly, into Nutter society.
We could even tag him. This is an option too.

I wonder if,deep down inside,he'd like to come home?

If he behaves himself regarding Brexit and trolling mods and he gets back to his old self (the antics we all enjoyed)then it can be discussed. Very Happy

I don't hold a grudge against anyone. It comes to a point where you get sick of it and after repeated warnings are ignored then something has to be done.

I actually liked him before Brexit and had a good laugh with him.

You could say that Brexit broke our forum! Very Happy

KP doesn't bear grudges. At various times I've accused him of being a pyromaniac, and a man who does unusual things with curtain poles.
I think he forgives me. Very Happy

Don't forget he likes to scuttle about behind the bins at Bargain Booze as well, the dirty boy

Someone (who knows what they are doing and has the time to do it) should start a poll. Should Breadman be invited back?

Moreover, does anyone have a means of contacting him?

via Twatter and he used to post on Bolton News, though I have a feeling he might be banned. It'd be good for him to come back.

I have his direct line at work. I often ring it just for a laugh. His voice is hilarious. Think Mr Humphries in Are You Being Served.

I'm in contact with him,and I did pass on Sluffy's proposition a couple of weeks ago.

The fly in the ointment might be the 'conditions' imposed if he came back.

Don't think he'd put up with being on a leash. Like Mr Humphries,he likes to be free.

Wish Nat hadn't mentioned his voice. I can't possibly take him seriously now.

The 'conditions' are no more than he behaves like the rest of us.

Hardly draconian.

Also we aren't 'begging' him to come back, Nuts has not died a death without him as some boldly claimed we would, rather it's up to him if he wants to return but if he does he needs to pack in all the personal abuse.

Seems fair and reasonable to me.

Does this mean that any personal abuse will result in a ban?

I'll look forward to receiving a death threat.

Or being called a gobshite.
