Finished. This is the earliest ever finish for us. Even wrapped them all.

I’m very late this year with it all. I’m nearly done now though with it all apart from a couple of gifts to buy.

Bought my missus a car (£13k), but the garage won't let me leave it with them until Christmas Eve, so she's getting it on Sunday.
She won't let me have a bloody chip pan at £37 !

Glos, I hope the car is electric. And chips are bad for you.gloswhite wrote:Bought my missus a car (£13k), but the garage won't let me leave it with them until Christmas Eve, so she's getting it on Sunday.

She doesn't care about chips being bad for me, even though I have 6 stents. She says it will smell the kitchen out.
I tried a Greggs vegan sausage roll. For the first time in my life, I had come across something I couldn't finish!

I’ve been well off the ball recently. Now that my son is 8 years old and becoming difficult to buy for, I thought I would buy him a couple of decent Lego sets.
One set sold at very was reduced by thirty quid and pondered over getting it. Once finally deciding to buy it, the set went out of bloody stock.
I can’t seem to win at the moment!

I hate Lego. Bare feet are drawn to them like magnets. And if it's not Lego, it's an upturned three pin plug.karlypants wrote:I’ve been well off the ball recently. Now that my son is 8 years old and becoming difficult to buy for, I thought I would buy him a couple of decent Lego sets.

Never put my slippers on when I first get out of bed. That's why it's so painful. Lego seems to get everywhere.Sluffy wrote:Can you not fit some 'cow catcher' devise to the front of your slippers perhaps?

I'll have a word with my son-in-law who works for Lego as a brand manager. I'm sure he'll be all ears...

Don't worry about it. I'm used to standing on them three times a night. I get up to pee regular as clockwork.okocha wrote:I'll have a word with my son-in-law who works for Lego as a brand manager. I'm sure he'll be all ears...
But, as the saying goes, Time Wounds All Heels.
