Wanderers again got off to a bright start with Navarro getting in behind the opposition defence, causing problems.
This bright start was rewarded after five minutes when Moulden headed home a Navarro corner to give Wanderers the lead.
The home side hit back immediately, before Navarro restored the Trotters lead by winning and converting a penalty sending the keeper the wrong way.
The Whites doubled their advantage after Barnes latched on to Smith’s through ball before slotting home.
Huddersfield responded well before the break scoring two quick-fire goals and levelling the scores.
Despite Wanderers having plenty of chances to regain their advantage, it was the home side who took the lead for the first time in the second-half.
