Bolton Wanderers Under-23s travel to Sheffield Wednesday for a top of the table clash in their latest Professional Development League outing on Tuesday afternoon.
Kicking off at 1pm at the Owls' Middlewood training complex, the young Whites will be hoping to continue their good form after winning eight of their last nine league games.
Both sides currently play in the Northern section of the division with Bolton sitting in second place after last Monday's dramatic victory over Sheffield United.
Meanwhile, hosts Sheffield Wednesday are currently first in the division but have dropped points in both of their last two matches, drawing with Birmingham City and losing to Crewe Alexandra.
The Trotters trail the Owls by three points and an inferior goal difference with a +7 compared to +9.
But David Lee's side have scored more goals than Sheffield Wednesday, meaning any victory would see them leapfrog their opponents into first place.
