I attended two Nuclear/Biological/Chemical courses just down the road from Porton, and its a lovely area. Even Salisbury, as a military town, was very nice. Certainly not a place to expect the goings on that they have had.

Now the British investigation team have stated that they cannot prove that the nerve agent was manufactured in Russia or that the attack was carried out by Russia. Obviously they are still the prime suspect, but there is now reasonable doubt.
Perhaps the Government might have waited a bit before initiating a worldwide repatriation of diplomats?
