Staff at Bolton are reluctant to speak out for fear of losing their jobs. However, one insider said that many of Anderson's decisions 'beggared belief'. None more so, in their opinion, than the signing of ex-Manchester City midfielder Stephen Ireland in October.
'Stephen was a good player in his time, but the manager was never going to play him,' the source said. 'Regardless, Ken brings him in, he does not start and then he leaves on a free in January. The PFA are having to help to pay the wages and here's Ken bringing someone in on a few grand a week who is not going to kick a ball for us.'

And for that we paid him £525,000 in consultancy fees and paid £125,000 to a company 'owned by a family member'. Ken certainly seems to be looking after himself whilst screwing everyone else.

Very bad news on the injury front for Wildschutt.

Hopefully means we can send him back to Norwich. No truth in the rumours that Ken had him kneecapped to avoid paying his wages.

Parky keeps saying he is hoping to "strengthen the squad" but the transfer window shuts this week (Thursday) so does anyone think there's any chance of Anderson being able to fund any more geriatric freebies, or conversely do you think he can flog off any more of our youth players so his tenure can stagger on a bit longer after the EFL payment has run out?

It was surprising enough to see Luca Connell and Pritchard finally get a run out this week so I'm wondering if that was just a shop window job? They both showed they can hack it, especially Luca who was probably our MOTM. 

Then there's the Beevers to Rangers saga and the possibility of offloading the likes of Oztumer. 

Any likelihood of any transfer action at all?

Parky was "strengthening the squad" when he brought in Oz, Murphy, Donaldson etc.

I don't enjoy Parky's brand of strengthening.

I suspect Oztumer wasn't a Parkinson signing, hence the lack of games.

C'mon Parky- two days to go and the silence is deafening. Are we just going to surrender and drop into League 1 with only a whimper?
