Wanderers launch limited edition third kit

Bolton Wanderers Football Club has revealed its brand new third kit for the current 2018/19 Sky Bet Championship campaign.

The limited edition Royal blue kit will be available to buy from Bolton Central on Wednesday morning from 9am and in store ahead of Wanderers’ league match against Birmingham City later in the evening.

There will only be a limited amount of the kit available so Wanderers fans are being urged to buy their shirts early to avoid disappointment.

The shirts, produced by official kit supplier Macron, will feature Betfred, the club’s official shirt sponsor, on all adult shirts.

Manufactured using M-Performance System fabric for increased comfort, breathability and moisture absorption, the shirts have a fully embroidered BWFC logo across the chest area.

Prices for the shirts are £48 for adults and £38 for junior sizes. Please note: the junior shirts will not feature the club’s shirt sponsor.

Shorts and socks are also available and are priced at £26 (shorts) and £12 (socks) for adults, while for junior sizes shorts are priced at £21 and socks are priced at £10.

Genuine question. I can sort of get my head round grown men buying a replica shirt, as laughable as it is to me. But do adults really buy the shorts and socks??

I have bought the shorts (they were reduced last year to about £4 a pair). I obviously don't wear them with a Bolton top. I haven't purchased the socks though. If I still had the need to wear football socks, then I'd probably buy them too. Not too sure I'd be a full kit wanker though.

I do like this new kit too.

I actually preferred the away shirt to the home shirt, however I do like the look of the third choice kit and as it's a limited edition of 2,000 I think I might treat myself. On sale from tomorrow before the Birmingham game and I suspect they will all be gone after our Saturday home game.
