With the game at 2-1 to Lincoln at the WHAM Stadium, Hall threaded through a pass for Jordan Clark to latch onto and ultimately net for John Coleman's side to level the scoring.
The game went to penalties and the Wanderers man stepped up first for Accrington and fired home from 12 yards.
Stanley went on to win in the shootout 4-2, seeing them into the Third Round of the cup competition.
