I would expect so.

Seems everything ticking along on the FV side of things (contrary to Nixon's tweets) otherwise they would not have bothered registering a holding company (if they hadn't got a financial backer to complete the deal) - and from the Administrators point of view, he's already confirmed FV has having the money and undertaking Heads of Terms, prior to the sale.

Would seem unimaginable if the Administrator has allowed things to get so far if things from the FV side had been so financially precarious or that Bassini had any grounds whatsoever for an injunction or whatever else he was claiming to do.

The negotiations around the hotel would seem to me to be the obvious area of any delays in that the Administrator for that has still to name who their preferred bidder is and how far down the line they are with the deal and how compatible/amenable they are with FV owning the club sharing joint facilities with the Hotel, etc - if it isn't FV who are the preferred bidder.

I think things will move forward to a conclusion this week with FV ending up owning both.

Are you sure? He has a charge on some assets and that charge has now crystallised so he can claim ownership of the asset- whatever it is. I suspect it's a second charge,  someone else like Moonshift might have a senior charge on the assets. He might be offered the asset- told to take it and get lost. The charge might be worthless, so there's no guarantee he'll get anything.
He's an unsecured creditor in the sum of £180,000  and he might get 35p in the £. So he might get  £63,000 for that. My heart bleeds for him but it bleeds more for our club and what that criminal shyster has done to our club.

 As regards secured creditors, (as I understand current insolvency law) if the charge fails, it fails in its entirety. They would not become unsecured creditors. So if the primary charge holder  ( Prescott Business Park owner) accepts the hotel as  final settlement ,then Anderson will get nothing. That depends on the final negotiated valuation of the hotel ,presumably as a going concern, but as a secondary charge holder it leaves Anderson in a weak bargaining position. 
I think we'll have to wait until the 8 week period . for the hotel administration  report to be made public (which should be about now) to see who are the secured creditors. As I understand it, and again I may be wrong, the report that we're all looking at is for the football club and not necessarily for the hotel as well.
