I paid £400 for an escort in Preston once.

I slipped it in first and there was this awful grinding noise that just got worse and worse. After a few days I realised that the old girl was knackered and TBF I knew that her bottom was about to fall out when I paid for her but I was prepared to put up with it for that price.
