Give him a chance ....that's all we can do.

Apparently we have played much better these last two games ....hopefully that will proceed onwards.

If it's a cock up we can send Natasha to Fat Phil's office for a quiet chat.

So Dougie has left Crystal Palace 2010, and the board seem to think he has signed for Bolton. As of this moment in time (2:10 - Dutch Time) nothing has been said from Bolton.

Wouldn't it be funny if he hasn't signed anything with Bolton and he has been left unemployed!!!!!!

If he has signed then I will back him until, at least, the end of the season

It's a strange one Sluffy.

You and many others say that susan's lad had no strategy or tactics.

Yet this is a man who brought Graham Alexander in who is a PNE legend as a right back.
Susan's lad moved him to play as a holding midfielder and it worked a treat. Elliott, McCann, Blake and Eagles had a free rein to do want they wanted. He does/did have a plan B, that was to stick another forward player on and go for it (just like Holloway does).

The one thing that I can't understand is why he didn't carry on his Burnley ways when manager of Bolton. I know that he's had many injuries to deal with but at Burnley in the promotion season he had the smallest squad in the league to choose from.

He is a liar though.

I am really happy we have appointed dougie. Sometimes you see a club or country appoint someone and you just think oh my god you have to be kidding - ie Sunderland appointing Howard wilkinson, England appointing mclaren,Scotland appointing levein, Blackburn appointing keane, etc. I think dougie looks a good young manager with a lot of potential. I am back as a Bolton fan now after becoming dis-illusioned under OC. I have put 50 quid on us to win the league yesterday at 18.5. Come on bolton!

Its still not official that he is Bolton manager! Only Crystal Palace 2010 say he is but nothing from the Bolton camp whatsoever and JP has already stated he is still caretaker manager for Saturday's game. So he has basically left Palace but not yet joined anyone. For all we know he could still yet be the Blackburn or Burnley manager!

It seems Lawrence maybe not joining Freedman if he is to join us:-

Speaking after last night’s 1-1 draw with Barnsley, Lawrence - who had been in temporary charge of the Eagles - said Freedman had wished him luck, but made it clear that nothing had yet been confirmed on his own future.

“He's kept us posted and he phoned to say it was all done and phoned to wish us well,” he said.

“It's been a great experience working under him and it's been a terrific experience working at Crystal Palace Football Club.

Maybe the club are having 2nd thoughts on him, might have come across as a bit of an asshole when they interviewed him.

But seriously, don't panic, he will sign in the next few days.

Hopefully they've seen the light. Ridiculous appointment if it happens.

I find it rather odd that Crystal Palace have reported that Dougie has left them but we have had no official statement from BWFC.
