Paddy Crerand (us oldies will remember him) goes absolutely barking mad when asked a simple question over the 'Rio struck by coin' incident, on BBC radio 5Live.

Worth listening just for the laugh even if you don't know who Crerand is (played in the 1970's, Charlton, Best, Law, era).

He sounded like he had been on the sauce. I can remember Paddy appearing before the beak a few years ago. After an altercation with another motorist, things got a bit heated. Paddy went to the boot of his car and retrieved a golf club which he proceeded to use on the other motorist. At court his plea was ' self defence'.

What a cock. Sounded pissed up!

Just for the record it was just after 8.00am this morning that it was broadcast - so of he was pissed he either started early or never stopped from last night!

He was probably still in bed sleeping off a hangover when the phone rang.
