True. He needs to sign another couple of benchwarmers.

Disloyal.
On another note it would be a surprise if Gregg Wylde goes to the Hibees and news to them;
"HIBS manager Pat Fenlon has been left bewildered by stories linking him with transfer targets he has never even considered.
The Easter Road boss was responding to press speculation which suggested he was preparing swoops for a number of players, including former Rangers winger Gregg Wylde and St Mirren's Scotland Under-21 midfielder Kenny McLean.
But Fenlon insists most of the names which have appeared in print are not on his wish list.
He said: "I've seen one or two of the stories about people we have been linked with, but I don't know where they have come from.
"It amazes me when you get linked with talking to people and offering pre-contracts to people when you haven't even looked at them."

Re CYL:
So Dougie saying he gets pain from the screws in his leg? Not the kind of thing to come out with if you're about to sell him as rumoured.

Re: Dawson: Would prefer it not to be a loan, but if he's any good he may help save our season and I guess that's OK. But would be gutted if we lost Sam Ricketts as the defence is so much better with him.

One day we might be linked with a player I've heard of who plays first team football.

With the completion of the Jan Gregus deal we now have 3 players in for a total outlay of £300k (two are loans) Dawson should play and Gregus and Davies should compete for places.
We're still chasing Jedinak, Nation and an 18 year old from the Scottish 2nd Division so our spending could rise to around £2million if we get them.
Nobody confirmed as leaving as yet but it's looking like we'll have nett income if Lee goes.
I think the point I'm making is that Dougie is apparently set on getting in 6 players in the transfer window which is a fair old shake up for very little money - 2 to play, 3 to compete for places and 1 to develop. If all that comes off and one or two leave it will be a very different dressing room shortly.

Well most of us did say when Dougie was appointed that we wanted to see big changes in the January window, looks like we're getting our wish.

So as Dawson has come on loan presumably that means that we have the dosh for Jedinak? (if Nixon is to be believed)
