So the home team has a 1.14 point average and we have a 1.22 average. Of course who knows who will play tomorrow and with some new players who have something to prove, anything can happen. Maybe we get lucky and move on to face Everton.

C Davies not available until the weekend for some reason and I'd be surprised if Holden even makes a cameo appearance - maybe some time off the bench if the game allows it - so expecting to see a relatively unchanged team.

Are Tower FM covering the game tonight ? If so, are we running the Chatbox?

Not sure what it's like where you are but I'm not driving anywhere today - it's a friggin ice rink round here. Had a spectacular skid last night on the way back from the gym last night, narrowly avoiding a telegraph pole and a pond. No better this morning although the sun's come out. But there's no way I'd consider driving up to Sunderland. 'kin suicidal.

Don't see why a win is impossible, I think we could have it, Sunderland aren't exactly the most consistent. I don't think they would be top of the league down here.

Would like Sordell, Vela and Riley to get a decent amount of game time.

Would also like the see a brief appearance from Eaves and this Lester guy - but I realise thats very unlikely so im not expecting anything.

Id go for the same, however, lets give Davies (I assume you mean kevin) a rest and start Ngog. Id like to see a front line of Ngog/sordel if im honest.

A very different line up but with Petrov gone id want to evaluate our other available wingers and see where they are at (would have picked Wylde but hes cup tied) And id let Holden have 60 mins.

Pratley would get stuck in and work hard for the back 4, and his overall play is improving so id give him a game. I still don't see him as an attack midfielder though.

Eagles, Chungy and Sordell should be able to link up nicely, as well as giving Davies a break. Chungy is capable of letting off some great through balls, probably the best at it in the team so might work behind the striker, if it wasn't working then Eagles and Chung would be swapped. The only worry would of course be the lack of any physical strength in attack.

Sordell needs a full 90mins, get his fitness level right up.

I think we will get tonked 4-0 or summat.
