Watford to beat the foxes and forest to draw with them.A leisurely 0-0 next week and a win v Blackpool IMO.

Cardiff are having a celebration after our match on Saturday. We are being let out of the Stadium first so that the npower trophy can be paraded in front of the Leek growers. I cant see Cardiff wanting to piss on their own parade by getting beaten by us but psychologically, their players might just relax, knowing that they have finally made it to the big time.

The game is there for us to take but with our injuries and Dawson out of the picture, it isn't going to be easy.

We had a debate about Dawson yesterday at the Boro game. There is some suggestion that his contract ran out on the 20th April and that if we wished to extend it beyond that point ( to the end of the season ) we had to agree before a certain deadline, which has now passed.

If anybody knows differently then please enlighten us because my understanding is that he wasn't contracted to us for the whole season.

His last game is Cardiff.

Bolton Wanderers have signed West Bromwich Albion and England Under-21 centre-back Craig Dawson on loan.

Dawson will remain with the Championship club until 27 April.

If we beat Cardiff and get through to the play offs we will miss him big time. It's a shame he can't be part of the final push. Had he been here from the start he would have been one of the certainties for player of the year.

Shows how tight the league is this year in comparison with a much higher points tally needed to stay up.

It is so tight this year, I can't remember a season this close. A team could quiet easily go dow with 54 points while a team get in to the play offs on 67. I haven't look at the league this week so those figures are approx.

Could we secure the playoffs this weekend ?
