Can't see Megson being appointed with him being well liked by Wolves deadly rivals West Brom.

I suspect whoever gets the job, if Wolves are prepared to spend some money, should be odds on favourite to win promotion.

Even Owen wouldn't cock that up - or could he?

If his phone is genuinely ringing it will probably be some foreign sounding gentleman asking about PPI.

I sincerely hope that Owen Coyle gets another opportunity and does well, lets face it there are plenty that fail over and over and always seem to get a job somewhere. After some time to reflect on what he could have done better he may come back a better manager for what went wrong at Bolton, not all his fault either, although he takes a large slice of the blame.

Favourite to become the Millwall manager.

I remember us beating them 3-2 at Molineux a couple years back and listening to them on BBC Radio West Midlands slate McCarthy and praise Bolton for "going out, getting themselves a decent manager."

He was on the back page of the papers up here the other day and being touted as the "perfect man" for Celtic should Lennon leave.

At least he'll understand the abuse they throw at him, when it all goes wrong.
