WTF are Sky doing appointing Jamie Carragher as a footie pundit?
Even my Liverpool mate has difficulty understanding a single word uttered by the helium-breathing cheating barsteward - so what chance has the viewing public got?
The last squeaky scouse soccer speculator to make it on screen was Emlyn Hughes who allegedly had years of elecution lessons just to maintain a dubious career on QOS. I don't wish to mock the afflicted, but Carragher? Really? With his speech impediment?

Carragher certainly speaks with a broad Scouse accent. If the mumbling stump ( Strachan ) can make a living as an unintelligible pundit then anything is possible.

Carragher talks about 2 octaves above castrato. Half the stuff he says can only be heard by dogs. And the bits that I can actually hear are rubbish.
