They are trying to entice more viewers not lose them in droves. Imagine that face on your screens every week? They'd need to get him a built up chair as well.

He blamed it on getting goaded but from the video it looked like just normal good natured banter. Not sure what happened before that as he said it happened 3 times. Whichever way you look at it, it doesn't look good and he should know better.
