Don't know if anyone is watching the latest series of Homeland. It is pretty slow and so far not very good apart from one interesting little detail. The CIA are trying to get some information from a bank called HLBC and the bank won't cooperate. This bank has been acting illegally on behalf of Iran and taking a fat profit.

By some strange coincidence a real bank called HSBC has been under investigation in America for money laundering. They have been taking drugs cash from Mexico and doctoring paperwork to hide Iranian business activity.

Funnily enough the HSBC boss at the time was Lord Green, currently a government trade minister.

I have been watching it and actually enjoyed the two episodes so far. The story with Brodie's daughter is crap and a complete waste of time, but I just think every scene with Saul in crackles with atmosphere, the guy is brilliant.

I've watched the first two seasons of Homeland and I'll definitely get the boxset for Season 3.

Under the Dome is great sci-fi drama and the best "prison" drama at the moment is Wentworth Prison - both on Channel 5

I liked them both - just waiting for their 2nd series to start.  Walking Dead is back and its back with a bang - enjoyed the latest episode.

Season 3 of The Walking Dead was the best by far.

I can't be doing with the weekly stint. Alzheimers is kicking in and I forget where I'm up to. With a boxset you can't go wrong. That's my excuse anyway! Laughing

I look forward to it each week, but I know what you mean, watch all of Wentworth in a couple of days so much easier to follow.

My other half is into Wentworth. I've just finished watching Season 3 of Boardwalk Empire, another cracker. I've just bought the full series of Prison Break based on recommendations on here. I'm on holiday on Friday for a week so I'm looking forward to seeing if it's as good as stated.

Watched the first 3 episodes of series 2, game of thrones in the last couple of days and to be honest it doesn't seem to be as good as the first series. Fingers crossed it improves.

Bill and Ben the flowerpot men on youtube. Entertainment of the highest order.Watched a corker yesterday where they found some icicles, did a little dance then wrapped themselves up in a sack.Great viewing, although it lacks the menacing overtones of Sooty, which was never the same when they got rid of Ramsbottom the snake.

I've watched the first three seasons and thought they were brilliant. Great performance from the man in the mask.
