Rumour Mill: Basile Camerling

Rumor has it that Bolton are set to offer a trial to the 26 year old French striker, Basile Camerling who is a free agent according to the Sunday People.

He is due at the Euxton training ground at some stage next week.

that's a made up name surely? Never heard of him, who did he play for?

He played for AS Nancy, whilst there he has had a couple of loan spells at Clermont Foot and SC Amiens.

He has also played a game behind closed doors for Charlton Athletic in which he scored against West Ham.

It sounds as though he has had a number of injuries though!

Unless Dougie sees something very special and this guy can prove he's fully fit and hungry to prove himself with us then I'd say no thanks. We have too many bodies warming benches and treatment tables as it is.

Yeah, I totally agree seeing as he has played around 40+ games in his whole senior career to date. 

Basile Camerling must have a bloody good agent. I hope this agent get's recommended to N'Gog.
